Menla is a Tibetan word meaning health or contemplative healing. Contemplative healing has its roots in the Indian and Tibetan wisdom and insight into the nature of sickness and health. It starts with the realisation that all beings are naturally healthy and possess the ability to heal. Health is fundamental, however it is often covered or overshadowed by sickness. It often seems as if we have lost contact to this truth. Accompanied by introductory weekends and elementary training in contemplative healing Menla Training is organised by the non-profit Upaya gGmbH, Cologne .
